Job Responsibility:
Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
Own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
Requirements:
3+ years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
Proven ability to run high-volume service ($5M+ annually) without sacrificing standards
Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing teams
