Executive Chef

• Lead and manage overall kitchen operations
• Ensure highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Oversee culinary team
• Plan and develop menus
• Manage food costs and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Plan, organize, and supervise kitchen operations
• Manage employee working hours and monitor labor costs
• Establish and implement rules and standards for kitchen operations
• Ensure maximum efficiency and profitability while adhering to company standards
• Control kitchen expenses according to planned budget
• Monitor and enforce optimal use of ingredients to rationalize food costs

• High school diploma (SSS)
• Minimum of five years managerial experience in the same or similar positions
• Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, both spoken and written (English and German preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills, composure, and experience in professionally resolving conflict situations
• Experience in team management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both English and Croatian
• Must be from a European Union country
