Job Responsibility:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing catering team to deliver outstanding service to residents and clients
Recruiting, training, and supporting staff to maintain excellence and efficiency
Managing stock, ordering, and cost control to ensure financial performance
Maintaining clear communication within the team, with management, and with clients to ensure operational excellence
Ensuring compliance with all food safety, COSHH, health & safety, environmental, and legal regulations
Champion a resident-first culture, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Maintain consistently high service standards aligned with brand and hospitality expectations
Requirements:
Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Strong focus on frontline operations and resident satisfaction
Passion for service excellence and people
A strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
Catering experience with strong chef skills
2+ years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef ready for the next step
