Job Responsibility:

Oversee all operations of the kitchen department and provide strategic leadership support to the hotel
Develop and implement program & initiatives to achieve property's objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
Responsible for the establishment of all restaurants, banquet and conferencing menus to fuel guest's curiosity
Lead the culinary team regarding all aspects of food production, set ups & timings for daily events
Become a prime example of the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring them
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience
Ensure compliance to Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the hotel's core values

Requirements:

Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
Passion for the industry
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
