Job Responsibility:
Prepare and cook menu items for daily dining service and catered or special events
Work alongside line cooks and kitchen staff during service to ensure timely, high-quality food production
Develop, test, and refine menus that meet quality, budgetary, and dietary requirements
Ensure consistent food presentation, portion control, and flavor standards
Order food, supplies, and kitchen equipment
manage vendor relationships and purchasing budgets
Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and rotation of products
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Create and manage kitchen staff schedules based on service needs and event demands
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth workflow
Lead by example, maintaining professionalism and efficiency during service
Train and onboard new hires, including kitchen procedures, recipes, and safety standards
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to kitchen staff
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Plan and execute menus for events, banquets, and special functions
Coordinate with management and event teams to ensure culinary needs are met
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar leadership role
Strong cooking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience with ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
Ability to schedule and manage staff effectively
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

What we offer:
