Executive Chef - Double Knot Philadelphia Schulson Collective Double Knot, one of Schulson Collective’s most celebrated Philadelphia concepts, is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead its high‑volume, multi‑dimensional culinary program. This is a rare opportunity to helm a flagship restaurant known for its award‑winning sushi, robatayaki, and modern Japanese‑inspired cuisine - all within a design‑forward, hospitality‑driven environment. About the Role The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for Double Knot, ensuring flawless execution across sushi, robata, and hot kitchen stations. This leader will drive consistency, elevate technique, and uphold the refined guest experience that defines the restaurant. You will shape kitchen culture, maintain rigorous standards, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to advance the culinary vision of the concept.
