Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership across all culinary operations, including Atria our signature restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, Cameo Cocktail Bar, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Banquets, In‑room dining, and colleague dining
Demonstrate mastery of the culinary craft while inspiring, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing team
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
Champion innovation in menu design, presentation, and guest experience
Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management to support operational excellence and financial performance
Requirements:
6+ years in senior culinary leadership
A 2‑year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management with 4+ years of relevant experience
A proven ability to lead large, diverse teams with grace, clarity, and purpose
A passion for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of elevated guest experiences
Strong business acumen paired with exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills
