Highly skilled culinary professional responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment. Requirements:

  • Formal degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • 7–10+ years of progressive culinary experience in high‑end, large‑scale, or luxury hospitality environments
  • Demonstrated success in a senior leadership position as an Executive Chef, overseeing multi‑outlet culinary operations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Exceptional leadership and team‑development abilities, with a proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and elevating diverse culinary teams
  • Deep expertise in global cuisines, advanced culinary techniques, and contemporary gastronomic trends
  • Strong proficiency in menu design, recipe development, food costing, and budget management, ensuring a balance of creativity and financial performance
  • High level of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail, with the ability to craft memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury‑resort standards
