Demonstrated success in a senior leadership position as an Executive Chef, overseeing multi‑outlet culinary operations
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Exceptional leadership and team‑development abilities, with a proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and elevating diverse culinary teams
Deep expertise in global cuisines, advanced culinary techniques, and contemporary gastronomic trends
Strong proficiency in menu design, recipe development, food costing, and budget management, ensuring a balance of creativity and financial performance
High level of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail, with the ability to craft memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury‑resort standards
Outstanding time‑management, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills, capable of navigating high‑volume, fast‑paced environments
