We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Executive Chef to lead the next chapter of Spirits & Tales through a full culinary relaunch. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent menus, elevate the dining concept, drive banquet excellence, and position the restaurant as one of Pittsburgh’s premier culinary destinations. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for the restaurant, Spirits & Tales, in-room dining, and hotel banquet/catering functions. This leader will be responsible for reimagining the food identity of Spirits & Tales through innovative new menus, refreshed concepts, operational excellence, and an energized kitchen culture. The ideal candidate is both a creative chef and strong business operator—someone who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while controlling costs, developing talent, and executing flawless events.
