The Executive Center Director is the primary business owner responsible for delivering on the overall performance of the center, including compliance with licensing, accreditation and certification requirements of all departments supervised. The Executive Center Director leads, coordinates and monitors staff and operations in order to meet the mission of the InnovAge PACE or LIFE programs, and deliver on our five pillars. Physical attendance at an InnovAge facility and/or an InnovAge participant home is essential to performing the job duties.
Job Responsibility
Responsible to achieve 5 pillar objectives and KPI results (People, Service, Quality, Growth, Financial)
Accountable for implementing standardized workflows and improving processes
Oversees day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Healthcare Center
Accountable for a culture of compliance regarding licensing, accreditation and certification requirements
Works together with IT to implement tools and technology
Serves on Management Team and various committees
Effectively supervises and manages direct reports
Ensures annual employee performance reviews are conducted
Regularly schedules leadership/management and staff meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
10+ years health care experience
10+ years management experience
1+ year working with the frail or elderly
Current CPR and First Aide certification or the ability to obtain CPR and First Aide certification
