Job Description:

Department head responsible for successful functioning and delivery of critical butler services to guests at The St. Regis Macao. Sets the tone for providing seamless face-to-guest service pre-arrival, during stay, and at departure. Manages Butler team and coordinates with other departments to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day butler services operations
Manage VIP guests and build rapport
Manage VIP guests' schedules
Maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality
Supervise Butler Service Desk
Conduct daily stand-ups
Prepare work assignments for Butler team
Coordinate with other departments
Support and train other departments
Manage departmental costs and budgets
Interview, hire and develop Butler team members
Establish and maintain open relationships with employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in butler services, guest relations, or related professional area
completion of a formal butler training program
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
completion of a formal butler training program
no work experience required
