Job Description:

Department head responsible for successful functioning and delivery of critical butler services to guests at The St. Regis Macao. Sets the tone for providing seamless face-to-guest service pre-arrival, during stay, and at departure. Manages Butler team and coordinates with other departments to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.
