As the Executive Business Administrator supporting the VP of Windows and Surface team in India, you will own calendar and meeting management and implement solutions that improve leader and team effectiveness. You will partner with business managers, executive staff, and key stakeholders to run a solid rhythm of business (ROB), coordinate events and logistics, manage space and resources, and provide seamless support in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements:
5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) or equivalent experience
Experience mentoring others or serving as a direct/indirect people leader (e.g., team lead)
Experience managing administrative budgets (e.g., events, morale, travel, training), including tracking and compliance
