Proven ability to provide administrative support for executive or upper-level management
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience
Experience serving as a mentor to others, with a focus on guidance and support
Proven ability in reviewing and managing administrative budgets, including for events, morale, travel, and training
