Job Description:

The Executive Briefing Program Lead will be responsible for taking the existing Executive Briefing Program to the next level. This role will be responsible for owning the strategy and vision for the program. You will set objectives designed to grow the program and drive proactive, impactful briefings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, develop, and inspire a team of Briefing Managers to own aspects of the Executive Briefing Program and deliver meaningful briefings to customers
  • Assess the roles on the team and build the business case to intentionally grow the team to support company and team objectives
  • Promote the program and the outcomes it drives to internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to set annual targets, align on goals and outcomes, and report on progress
  • Use sales data and AI to be proactive in driving Executive Briefings in the right accounts at the right time
  • Build a repeatable process, in partnership with the Voice of the Customer team, to capture Voice of the Customer feedback from briefings
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from marketing, sales and success, product, engineering, and HR
  • Identify ways to promote, up-level, and grow the Discussion Leader Program and demos
  • Manage the funnel of Executive Briefing Requests and assign Briefing Managers to balance the workload
  • Manage briefings end-to-end and facilitate briefings, as needed
  • Work with internal teams to build an Executive Briefing Center in San Francisco and Sydney and up-level existing offices for briefings
  • Ensure processes are documented and drive continuous improvement of program processes and rituals

Requirements:

  • Executive Briefing leader: 15+ years of Executive Briefing Program and people management experience
  • Team leadership: Support the team's growth and development goals and inspire the team to execute the strategy successfully
  • Executive communication: the ability to distill customer insights, priorities, and pain points into actionable discussion points for executives
  • Stakeholder management: listen and understand the needs of sales leadership, discussion leaders, and marketing leadership
  • Strategy and program management: build a compelling strategy, drive it forward, and creatively remove blockers
  • Tech stack: Salesforce, BriefingSource, Tableau
  • Optimization: establishing new ways of working and implementing new processes, tools, and/or technologies to ensure optimal information flow and engagement.
