To drive sustainable commercial growth and strengthen destination positioning through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, elevate customer experience, and support long-term tenant success. Through integrated marketing communications, events, partnerships, and customer‑centric insights, the Marketing team strengthens the Centre’s position as a preferred Meeting Place while contributing to sustainable traffic growth, customer loyalty, and positive brand perception aligned with our values.

Job Responsibility

  • Content Management: Executes and schedules content across all social media, digital, in-mall assets, outdoor media and other related touchpoints (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, mobile app, website, etc)
  • managing content calendars and publishing timelines aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Community Management: Works together with external agency in responding to inquiries/comments and by monitoring MyTOWN’s online audience activity on social media/digital platforms to enhance brand narrative, activating a highly engaging MyTOWN community online
  • Digital Advertising Operations: Coordinates paid media assets and ad specifications with internal team and external agency for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless workflow
  • Reporting and Performance Analytics: Assist in data collection and tracking digital metrics, compiling paid media performance reports that supports business decisions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration within Marketing and with other departments on relevant campaigns, activities and partnerships, to ensure campaign operational efficiency
  • Campaign Execution: Accountable for the timely and accurate deployment of content and campaigns across all above-the-line and below-the-line platforms
  • Social Media Performance: Accountable for maintaining and improving engagement, reach, and community interaction across owned channels

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, PR, Communications, or related disciplines
