We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer at SellCord. This role goes beyond administrative support, acting as support for revenue operations by managing executive communications, architecting calendar systems, tracking deal and project momentum, and driving daily prioritization. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business judgment, exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to operate calmly and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the CRO’s inbox and executive communications including drafting responses, summarizing complex threads into clear action items, and identifying key decisions within high-volume communication
Ability to decipher which projects and leads take priority and respond accordingly
Track deal, pipeline, and project momentum using CRM and project management tools ensuring follow-ups, visibility, and forward progress
Join internal and external meetings as a note taker to capture action items and assign deliverables to team members
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Draft email correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an administrative position, ideally as an executive assistant or in sales operations
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft executive-level correspondence and summarize complex information clearly
Strong proactive, problem solving abilities
Proficient in Gsuite including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be highly organized.
