Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Organize and support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Track deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and key initiatives
Assist with special projects and provide support across departments as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
