Based in Malta, our client, a dynamic games studio founded by experienced professionals, seeks a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founder directly. This on-site role blends high-level administration with personal and household coordination, demanding discretion, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. You will manage priorities, keep calendars tight, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for business and home matters. Please note this role is local only and does not support relocation.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and prioritisation of tasks
Oversee and coordinate household operations, ensuring organisation and day-to-day functioning
Liaise with household staff and external service providers to maintain high standards
Provide support on personal matters when required, handling tasks with discretion
Maintain accurate records and assist with organisational tasks as needed
Support confidential projects and handle ad hoc requests
Work closely with the wider team to ensure alignment and timely execution
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication in English (written and spoken)
additional European languages are a plus
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
