The Executive Assistant will act as the second assistant to a high-level executive, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. The company is a multi-billion dollar private equity firm headquartered in New York City and operating on a global scale.
Job Responsibility:
Manage ever-changing calendars of appointments and proactively identify and solve scheduling conflicts
Coordinate international and domestic travel plans
Attend meetings and takes notes for review and debrief
Prepare and compile documents for in-office and travel-related meetings
Field all calls and meetings and communicate with clients and external departments
Assist in the preparation and execution of events and board meetings
Successfully completes ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of support experience
Extensive corporate travel experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization
