We’re seeking a proactive, self-sufficient Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving executive who doesn’t have time for hand-holding. This in-person role is 30–40 hours per week with some flexibility, and it demands strong organizational skills and prior experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibility:
Administrative support such as scheduling, filing, emailing, procurement of computers and phones, coordinating with IT for setup, and managing vehicle and equipment records, including registrations and renewals
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in tools such as Cisco Webex, Concur, and CRM systems
Familiarity with timekeeping software like Kronos and About Time
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with calendar management and scheduling for senior executives
High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge of financial systems, including ADP, is highly desirable

Bookkeeping experience
