Robert Half is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and driving positive outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism
Liaise between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project follow-through
Handle confidential information with discretion
Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and completion of tasks
Assist with event planning, expense reporting, and operational coordination
Support ad hoc projects and contribute to a positive office culture
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Previous experience in executive-level administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technology platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
