Job Responsibility:
Act as the CXX’s right-hand, managing schedules, priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Handle complex calendar management and coordinate both domestic and international travel logistics
Draft, proofread, and send high-level internal and external communications
Organize meetings, conferences, offsites, and other events, including handling tech needs and logistics
Maintain sensitive business documents and information with the highest level of discretion
Serve as the primary liaison with key executives, partners, and high-profile guests
Monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Proactively anticipate and resolve issues, prioritizing requests and flagging risks
Requirements:
4+ years supporting senior executives in high-growth industries like media, tech, or venture capital
Ability to operate with professionalism, urgency, and confidentiality at all times
Comfortable working in both boardrooms and creative environments, managing competing priorities under pressure
Highly organized, resourceful, and always ten steps ahead of the game
Proficient in Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Dropbox, and Adobe Office Suite
