Robert Half is assisting a respected local organization in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and expense reporting
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
Manage and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications
Support special projects and streamline administrative processes as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience
Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume calendars and competing priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
experience with tools like Concur, Workday, or similar systems is a plus
Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and work independently
