Our client, based in the East Bay, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support their COO and senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role focused on executive support, board coordination, and organization-wide planning initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel coordination
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
Coordinate board materials and leadership meetings
Track action items and ensure strong follow-through
Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
2–4+ years of administrative experience (EA experience preferred)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills and discretion with confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Canva/Mailchimp a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
