Job Responsibility
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep leadership on track
Organize domestic and, when needed, broader travel logistics, including itinerary planning, reservations, and related coordination
Support meeting preparation by arranging executive sessions, confirming attendees, and ensuring materials are ready in advance
Serve as a central point of coordination for leadership activities, helping align schedules, communications, and administrative needs
Track time-sensitive commitments and follow up on outstanding items to help maintain momentum on key priorities
Handle a range of administrative tasks with discretion, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism
Requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
Strong background in calendar coordination, including managing multiple priorities and schedule changes
Proven ability to arrange and oversee travel details with accuracy and efficiency
Experience coordinating executive meetings and preparing logistical support for leadership events
Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with sound judgment and attention to detail
