Executive Assistant

• Coordinate the agenda of the VP(s)
• Manage day-to-day activities (review emails, phone calls, etc.)
• Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the VP(s) and Directors
• Accomplish administrative tasks (timesheet and vacation tracking
• catering requests
• IT equipment ordering
• PR requests
• HR requisitions)
• Ensure follow up on activities and files
• Make decisions and recommendations within the authorized guidelines and procedures
• Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English
• Perform other duties as assigned

• College Degree in administration or the equivalent
• minimum of ten (10) years in a similar position
• excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing
• dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment, and organization skills
• able to work under pressure and can manage several priorities simultaneously
• great deal of initiative and can work with minimum supervision
• can maintain strict confidentiality when required

good knowledge of SAP tool, SharePoint, Teams, oneDrive and other modern collaboration tools
