Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant based in Anne Arundel County, MD. This is a hybrid position that will support a team of executive leaders.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a true extension of the C-suite, managing priorities, communications, and daily operations with precision
Prepare executives for high-stakes meetings, including board sessions, investor calls, and internal leadership reviews
Ensure follow-through on key initiatives by tracking decisions, action items, and outcomes
Support all aspects of investor communication, including meeting coordination, materials preparation, and follow-ups
Help craft compelling narratives and presentations for current and prospective investors
Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a best-in-class investor experience
Track investor requests, sentiment, and engagement to inform leadership strategy
Serve as a central connector across departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication from leadership
Help plan and execute internal meetings, offsites, and company-wide events
Partner with leadership to reinforce company culture, transparency, and alignment
Support change management and internal initiatives with thoughtful coordination and communication
Manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Build systems and processes that improve efficiency at the executive level
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and anticipate executive needs
Experience supporting investor relations, board communications, or executive-level reporting
Highly organized with an obsession for detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, confidence, and sound judgment
Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
