We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within our healthcare organization. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, fostering effective communication, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for organizational activities
Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings by notifying members, preparing materials, and accurately recording meeting minutes
Assist in maintaining attentive and detail-oriented relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, partner organizations, and community members on behalf of the President
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of executive leadership and organizational governance
Collaborate with the Development team to support fundraising operations and donor communications
Manage and organize schedules, take and relay messages, and facilitate smooth communication within the organization
Prepare and distribute documents for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered promptly
Support cross-departmental coordination to align organizational goals with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Post-secondary training in office organization, communication, or database management is highly desirable
At least five years of experience in a role requiring a wide range of administrative skills, including supporting nonprofit boards of directors
Prior experience providing executive-level support to senior leadership is preferred
Strong proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and administrative assistance
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle that meets New Hampshire registration and insurance requirements
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
