Job Responsibility:
Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Serve as a liaison between executives, property teams, tenants, and stakeholders
Organize and prioritize daily workflow
proactively anticipate executive needs
Coordinate board meetings, company events, and property management activities
Support with lease documentation, compliance tracking, and vendor communications
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in property management or real estate
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and technology platforms
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
