Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with organizing events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage expense reporting and invoice processing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management
