Executive Assistant role at a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments for middle market companies. The Executive Assistant will assist a Partner at the firm.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and prioritize an ever-changing calendar and handle the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
Answer and screen phone calls and e-mails daily
Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
Arrange travel needs through the internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
Manage, organize, and maintain accurate files
Ensure critical matters get due attention
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
4-6 years of experience as an EA in the financial services industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Experience booking domestic and international travel preferred
Nice to have:
