We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership, while also managing key elements of our client engagement programme. This dynamic role combines traditional EA responsibilities with the planning and coordination of premium client entertainment and events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior executives
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion
Monitor and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the executive team when required
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of senior leadership
Manage and coordinate the allocation of client entertainment tickets, including for Arsenal, Tottenham, rugby matches, concerts, and other events
Maintain a ticketing calendar to track availability and usage
Communicate professionally with clients regarding ticket availability, logistics, and event information
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of physical and digital tickets
Plan and deliver client engagement events (e.g. golf days, go-karting, team-building experiences) approximately 5-6 times a year
Source and liaise with venues, caterers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution
Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs
Ensure all logistics are managed, including transport, itineraries, and on-the-day support
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA/EA, ideally supporting senior management
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating events or managing corporate hospitality is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism
Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills for client interaction
