We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide business and personal assistance to the President of a family office and investment arm in Fairfield Connecticut. Job Responsibility
Manage a complex executive and personal calendar, prioritizing appointments and adjusting schedules as business needs evolve
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and related scheduling details
Plan and organize meetings to ensure smooth execution and strong preparation
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including correspondence handling, document organization, and follow-up on key items
Act as a personal assistant and manage all daily, weekly and monthly family matters and scheduling
Serve as a dependable point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the President
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative support role in a related field (family office, investment/PE, financial services, professional services)
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage several shifting priorities at once
Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
Ability to be a personal assistant and handle all aspects of family and life events
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information
