Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end scheduling, prioritization, and executive communication
Drive internal coordination to keep cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving
Anticipate leadership needs and protect focus on top strategic priorities
Manage investor, customer, and partner communication on behalf of the CEO and founders
Support HR operations: onboarding, scheduling, documentation, internal coordination
Build scalable operational systems — meeting cadences, information flow, execution rhythm
Solve complex operational problems with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
Drive measurable leverage and operational clarity across the entire company
Requirements:
3–6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or high-intensity operations role
Proven track record supporting founders, executives, or investors
Highly structured, detailed, proactive, and excellent at communication
Able to handle ambiguity, move fast, and context-switch seamlessly
Trusted with sensitive information and discretion by default
Experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments
