As our Executive Assistant, you’ll help maximize founder leverage, drive company-wide execution, and keep DualEntry running at peak velocity. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end scheduling, prioritization, and executive communication
  • Drive internal coordination to keep cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving
  • Anticipate leadership needs and protect focus on top strategic priorities
  • Manage investor, customer, and partner communication on behalf of the CEO and founders
  • Support HR operations: onboarding, scheduling, documentation, internal coordination
  • Build scalable operational systems — meeting cadences, information flow, execution rhythm
  • Solve complex operational problems with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • Drive measurable leverage and operational clarity across the entire company

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or high-intensity operations role
  • Proven track record supporting founders, executives, or investors
  • Highly structured, detailed, proactive, and excellent at communication
  • Able to handle ambiguity, move fast, and context-switch seamlessly
  • Trusted with sensitive information and discretion by default
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments
