The Executive Assistant will support a specific department at a global asset management firm with over $26 billion in AUM and be the main point of contact.
Job Responsibility:
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
Submit and manage expense claims on behalf of the team
Manage calendars for multiple leaders
Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations
Answer and coordinate all communication via phone, email, and mail
Complete ad-hoc tasks and participate in special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years of experience supporting senior level professionals
Exceptional prioritization skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
Ability to work with internal departments and external clients and vendors
