We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team and help keep the Bank running smoothly at the top level. This is a trusted, visible role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating activity and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in enabling the Executive Team to focus on delivering our priorities, bringing strong organisation, sound judgement and a calm, professional approach.
Job Responsibility
Provide high-quality Executive Assistant support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expenses
Manage complex and changing priorities with confidence, ensuring Executives are always well-prepared and organised
Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, handling logistics and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed
Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organisation
Support the smooth running of Executive activity, keeping records, documentation and workflows organised and up to date
Handle correspondence and enquiries on behalf of Executives, using discretion and sound judgement
Support planning and delivery of Executive-led events, including logistics and coordination
Contribute to budget tracking, expenses and administration to support efficient operations
Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with data protection and organisational policies
Work closely with other EAs and support colleagues to deliver a seamless, joined-up service
Requirements
Experience supporting senior leaders or Executive-level teams in a fast-paced, complex organisation
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
Clear, professional communication and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Discretion, sound judgement and a high level of integrity
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
A collaborative mindset and a pride in delivering high-quality support
