Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Value Creation team within a growth-equity investment environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traditional EA work, values strong work-life balance, and wants to remain in an administrative career path long-term rather than pursuing non-EA growth tracks. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with light after-hours awareness for emergencies only, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Job Responsibility:
Provide executive-level administrative support to three senior leaders on the Value Creation team
Manage heavy, detail-oriented calendar scheduling with multiple stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Serve as a professional, client-facing point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support CRM-related tasks and light administrative projects for the Value Creation team as needed
Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Partner with a collaborative EA team across offices to ensure seamless coverage
Proactively manage logistics and anticipate scheduling needs to support smooth daily operations
Requirements:
3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Background in any industry considered
financial services experience a plus
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage volume and pace with a sense of urgency
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Comfortable working in a traditional, professional office environment
Bachelor’s degree not required
