Job Responsibility
Establish priorities and develop the daily execution schedule
Complete oversight of appointments, travel management, and trip planning
Design and optimization of strategic documents (excellent command of PowerPoint software required)
Facilitate the flow of information between executive management and key partners
Requirements
Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written for communication with colleague and clients outside of canada (French and English)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive support or business operations role
Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint)
Absolute attention to detail, strong professionalism, flexibility, and absolute discretion regarding confidential information
