Our client is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team in NYC! This is 2-3 month temp coverage. May become longer or have an opportunity to be considered for the full-time role but that is not promised.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with LA and Charlotte office for visitors etc
Manage conference room
Help with employee onboarding (leveraging Apollo infrastructure)
Scheduling for Partner/MDs in NY (6-7 people)
Travel booking and coordination – mainly 2-3 people, light for other MD’s
Expenses in Concur– for Partner/MDs in NY (6-7 people)
Office manager for NY headquarters- light office supply and snack/beverage ordering for kitchen
Keep office tidy, manager front desk for larger meetings
Sometimes travel with marketing teams for Conferences if they need help
