Join a mission-driven team as an Executive Assistant for a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months, with an annual salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment where you will support a handful of senior individuals and the wider team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organisational & Administrative Support: Manage diaries, email prioritisation, minute-taking, and presentation preparation
  • Travel Coordination: Book flights, train tickets, and manage itineraries for seamless travel experiences
  • Meeting Management: organise meetings, prepare agendas, and create engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Project Support: Oversee AI SharePoint pages and tight deadline projects while balancing regular tasks
  • Expense Management: Process expenses and ensure timely approvals in Proactis
