We are seeking an accomplished, Paralegal-certified Executive Assistant to join our elite Business Staff in our Lancaster, PA office. You will serve as the primary liaison for our President and Vice Presidents, managing everything from high-level board communications and complex travel logistics to personal projects and events. Job Responsibility:
Act as primary point of contact for the Executive Team, liaising with internal and external team members and clients, and handling inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Executive Team, with Board members, clients, service providers, staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives
Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle high-level matters
Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the Executive Team, including those sensitive in nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the President/Vice Presidents
Anticipate the needs of the Executive Team, proactively addressing issues and concerns to ensure a high level of executive support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
Paralegal certificate
5+ years of legal support, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with virtual meeting platforms
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative
Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment
Available after “regular business hours” as needed at the discretion of the President/Vice Presidents
