Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Capital Solutions group. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is 4 days onsite in Manhattan, with 1 day remote (Fridays).
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Process expense reports accurately and efficiently
Liaise with private equity teams and financial sponsors for scheduling and coordination
Book conference rooms and order catering for meetings
Provide seamless administrative support to multiple executives
Requirements:
7-10+ years of experience as a career Executive Assistant
Background in financial services, management consulting, or similar high-volume industries
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
