To coordinate the flow of informantion around the Country General Manger . To anticipate the Country General Manager´s needs. Handle the CGM agenda, filter calls and emails, ensures the logistics of reunions, transfer and file follow-up, support the CGM department preactively in organization tasks.

Ensure the distribution of necessary information to and from the Country General Manager, can be brought to handle specifics proyjects within the department, achieve organized secretarial work, support annual budget establishment of the department
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, Management Communication or related field
Fluent Spanish, English, both written ans spoken (French is a plus)
Proven experience as an Executive Asistant, personal Assistant or Assistant to Senior Management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiples priorities
