As Executive Assistant to a senior academic leader, you’ll provide high-level administrative support—managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll handle confidential information with care and represent leadership with professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for a senior leader
Prepare correspondence, agendas, briefings, and track follow-up items
Support board and faculty governance logistics and materials
Track budget activity, reconcile expenses, and coordinate purchasing
Coordinate special projects and academic events
Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a welcoming and responsive office environment
Requirements:
5+ years of senior-level administrative or executive assistant experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience supporting boards, academic leadership, or complex projects
