We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This short-term contract position requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong aptitude for managing schedules and projects. Based in Newport Beach, California, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the success of the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate board meeting logistics and compile supporting materials
Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address administrative requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational abilities

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Demonstrated professionalism, resourcefulness, and sound judgment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
