We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founders of a dynamic organization. This is a long-term contract position based in Atlanta, Georgia, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of senior leadership while managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling, travel coordination, and vendor management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage the founders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare materials and agendas to ensure successful execution of meetings
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, managing itineraries and related logistics
Serve as a liaison for board members and facilitate communications effectively
Handle office administration tasks to maintain smooth operations
Oversee vendor relationships and manage deliveries as needed
Review and refine calendar details to optimize schedules
Support the founders with planning and execution of high-level executive meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for senior executives
Ability to organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Strong proficiency in facilitating executive meetings and preparing required materials
Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison with board members and vendors
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Familiarity with office administration and vendor management processes
