As an Executive Assistant, you provide trusted, high-impact support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Counsel (GC), while also supporting the CFO Office more broadly. You enable the CFO and GC to operate effectively in a fast-moving, highly confidential, and complex international environment. The role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and a strong ability to manage time, logistics, and day-to-day execution in close alignment with executive and business priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and GC, with a primary focus on time management, travel coordination, and logistics
Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
Manage end-to-end travel planning and logistics, including international travel
Ensure executives are well prepared for meetings and travel by coordinating materials, agendas, and communication
Support the CFO Office with practical, execution-focused assistance such as coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining trackers
Create, maintain, and organize documents, presentations, trackers, and spreadsheets
Handle administrative routines and information management accurately and consistently
Collaborate closely with other Executive and Administrative Support teams
Requirements:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role for senior leadership, ideally in a high-growth international company
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple requests calmly under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Proactivity in anticipating needs and identifying potential issues
Confident collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders
Technical confidence with Google Workspace, MS Office, and other productivity or AI-based tools
