This role is 100% on-site in Kingsville, Ontario, with a full relocation package available. Job Responsibility:
Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar and scheduling with precision
Coordinate high-level domestic and international travel, including quarterly U.S. visits
Draft, refine, and prepare polished reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
Manage logistics for executive meetings, leadership gatherings, and external events
Serve as a key liaison across departments and with external stakeholders
Safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Take initiative on special projects, process improvements, and executive priorities
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders in demanding, high-touch environments
A polished, professional presence—confident, discreet, and composed under pressure
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven expertise in travel planning, event coordination, and project management
A solutions-first mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently
Comfort in an open, collaborative office environment, engaging across all levels
Nice to have:
