As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive executive and organizational support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, manage information flow, and support executive-level activities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact supporting the General Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination with regional and global teams as well as key internal stakeholders
Manage and optimize the General Manager’s calendar, prioritizing business-critical meetings, strategic engagements, and leadership interactions
Coordinate and organize Executive Committee (ExCom) meetings, including agenda planning, stakeholder alignment
Prepare and consolidate executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials in collaboration with regional and global teams
Support the General Manager on business-related topics by facilitating information flow, conducting background research, and compiling insights for decision-making processes
Capture key discussion points, decisions, and action plans from leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up across stakeholders
Organize complex travel arrangements and accommodation plans aligned with business priorities
Draft and manage executive communications, correspondence, and internal announcements with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
minimum 7 years of experience supporting executive-level management
Experience in a multinational environment preferred
FMCG industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
Experience in project and/or event management
Background in corporate communications is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
