We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a leading hospitality organization in Honolulu. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments, guests, and external partners
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Manage office supplies, process invoices, and assist with expense reporting
Organize and support logistics for onsite/offsite meetings and events
Anticipate needs and proactively solve administrative challenges as they arise
Requirements:
Previous experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving work situations
